Account Information: Email address, name, company name when you register.

Usage Data: API request metadata (endpoints called, response times, tokens used). We do not store the content of your API requests beyond temporary caching.

Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Paddle/Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Services; (b) process payments; (c) send service-related communications; (d) monitor usage for billing and rate limiting; (e) detect and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) payment processors for billing; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) as necessary to operate the Services; (c) law enforcement when required by law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Cached analysis results are retained per your plan terms (7-90 days). You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), API key hashing (SHA-256), and infrastructure protection (Cloudflare WAF).

6. Cookies

Our dashboard uses session cookies (httpOnly, secure) for authentication. Our API does not use cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
