1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and has no refund considerations.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription if you are unsatisfied with the Services. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund.

4. Service Issues

If you experience significant service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the Services, we may offer account credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact [email protected] with details of the issue.

5. One-Time Purchases

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
