By accessing or using the apime.org API services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
apime.org provides API-based analysis services including cosmetic ingredient analysis, contract review, food product analysis, and other vertical API services. Services are provided on an as-is basis via REST API endpoints.
3. Account and API Keys
You must register an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Services are offered under subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with defined usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. Usage exceeding plan limits may incur overage charges as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Services; (c) resell or redistribute API access without authorization; (d) exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions; (e) use automated means to scrape or collect data from the Services beyond normal API usage.
6. Data and Privacy
We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. API request data may be temporarily stored for caching and quality improvement. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Disclaimer
The Services provide informational analysis only. Cosmetic ingredient safety scores, contract risk assessments, and other analyses are for informational purposes and should not replace professional medical, legal, or other expert advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apime.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
